The Low Profile Charger LPC 45 is a single battery bank at 24 Volts DC at 45 Amps, power sensitive electronics.  This heavy-duty smart charger is engineered specifically for fire apparatus, rescue vehicles, and emergency fleets utilizing a 24V architecture. 

  • Low Profile Footprint: Built inside a rugged, compact aluminum enclosure designed to fit constrained under-seat or side compartment spaces in utility rigs. 
  • Auxiliary Output DC Circuit: Provides a separate 24VDC, 15-Amp auxiliary circuit managed by an onboard power source selector switch. This allows the unit to power external on-board equipment (like air compressor pumps, hand lights, or mobile radios) directly from the shoreline without stressing the vehicle batteries.
  • Clean Power Output: Clean, low-ripple electronic current output ensures zero interference with critical vehicle telemetry or radio frequencies.
  • Smart Battery Regulation: Constantly senses remote battery bank voltage to dynamically adjust charging metrics without any trickle-charge overcharging or water boil-off risk.
  • Remote battery sensing output to compensate for longer charging cables

The base models use 120 VAC input power, while "-240" designates units built for international or industrial 240 VAC grids:
